Required Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Solid skills and background in Linux : RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
  • Expert in Bash and/or Python scripting
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
  • Good to Have: Certifications in RHCSA, RHCT, RHCE

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Assures improvement in the quality of utilities for collecting system logs and other debug information used by our internal support teams.
  • Use your Linux knowledge and skills to design and carry out tests.
  • Identify issues that might affect performance, stability, and interoperability.
  • Work with developers to investigate issues
  • Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
  • Design, develop and maintain automated test suites
  • Prototype and present your ideas; communicate with other team members
  • Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
  • Test software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations.
