Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Day to Day Production activities to ensure Quality, Quantity and times for assigned tasks
- Batch charging and related operations
- Critical unit operations and necessary action in shift operations co-ordination between shift and ensure that entire relevant documents are filled as per Standard operating procedures
- Handling various unit operations like buffer preparation, tangential flow filtration, chromatography, vial washing, filling and sealing machine operations, lyopholiser operation, secondary packing operations
- Recording the Process data and reporting to shift executive
- Area cleaning for operations and maintaining the area
- Preparation of daily report
- Clean room operations
- Reporting to Shift Executive and provide technical suggestions about process and plant activity
- Effective co-ordination with QC, Engineering departments
