Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Analytical Chemistry or equivalent
Experience:
- up to 1 year experience in life science industry or contract laboratories in quality, technical writing/documentation activities
- Knowledge on Filtration / Single-Use products is a plus
- Familiar with concept of GMP and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Experienced with Teamwork

Position Summary:
Support coordination and administrative tasks related to the execution of Bioprocess Validation Projects with focus on filter validation based on customer and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Support coordination of validation projects on behalf of customer in a timely manner according to the agreed test scenario as well as in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.)
- Support preparation of quotation for different test scenarios
- Support preparation of science-based and technical validation protocols and reports in English language
- Get involved with coordination of product shipments and test execution with sales team, customer and validation lab
- Track project information via different tools and support monthly reporting
- Contribute to the implementation and constant improvement of the processes and tools
