– Prior experience in a product company is preferred

– Pre-sales team works closely with sale team in presenting our capabilities, to prospective customers globally.

– This is a global team that works with commercial team and prospects across the world and is a conduit between our customers and our Digital and Product teams.

Role Overview:-
– Do you excel in product consulting and pitching to C-suite clients?
– Do you enjoy working in a global setup where you get to interact with commercial team in different regions and work with them to strategize customer pitch?
– As a pre-sales consultant, you will work closely with very experienced commercial team across geographies while pitching and consulting our solutions to C-suite customers.
Key Accountabilities:-
– Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
– Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals, including providing inputs for RFP response document
– Direct customer interaction along with commercial/sales team
– Build strong collaborative relationship with cross-functional product development teams across SHL function
– Client meetings/calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals
– Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client
