Minimum Qualification:-

- Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Rounds of Interview:–
- HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Typing Test Operations Round.
- All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype.
Shifts:- Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Shift Timings:– Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
Working Days:- 5 days working
Weekly Offs:- 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
Transport:- Home Pickup and Home Drop.
