Required Qualification & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, Kotlin.
• Understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures.
• Substantial experience in implementing algorithms to solve complex real-world problems.
• Proven experience in building backend systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend systems
• Drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimize distributed systems and tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Demonstrable coding practices, thorough unit testing, peer code reviews, and a preference for agile methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A track record of on-time delivery, with a commitment to maintaining quality output.
• Focus on observability, ensuring systems are well-monitored and maintainable.
• A minimum of 1+ years of software development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of security best practices for backend services and API endpoints.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new and complex development environments, along with strong deep-dive analytical skills.
