Client Relations Specialist would be responsible for
* Answering and resolving queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients.
* Triaging queries that cannot be resolved by the CR team to the appropriate department.
* Liaising with Sales Representatives and Account Managers, as and when required.
* Ensure that requests are handled within agreed TAT & escalations are coordinated with the senior team members.
