Working closely with Relationship Manager and Customer Success Team in understanding the clients’ requirements and configuring the entitlements and capabilities suiting client needs.
Working with Client Migration Associates to ensure seamless access and migration for clients
Respond to requests for information in a timely, professional, and positive manner
