Course: Only 2 Years Full Time / Regular Post Graduate Management Courses would be considered.
(Part Time/Correspondence or 1-year courses will not be considered).
Students who have done schooling from NIOS are Eligible.
Batch: Students of 2021 passing out batch are eligible.
Background: B. TECH / B.E background prior to MBA / Integrated MBA is a must
Specialization: Marketing / Finance / Operations / Supply Chain Management / Information Technology / General Management / Business Analytics / Project Management
Percentage: 60% or above in the in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination which includes successful completion of final year/semester.
Extended Education: It is not allowed in the highest qualification
Backlog: No pending backlog should be there at the time of appearing for TCS process. If selected, no pending backlogs will be permitted at the time of joining TCS.
Gap: It is mandatory to declare the gaps/arrears/backlogs, if any, during the academic and/or work experience. Any break in education/work experience should not exceed 30 months and is permissible only for valid reasons. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
Age: Minimum Age -18 years and Maximum Age β 30 years at the time of the TCS Examination
Work Experience: Any prior work experience will be considered based on its relevance to the job role/ profile and the decision of the interview panel on this will hold final.

Q. Where can I register for the TCS NQT 2020: MBA Hiring?
A. To register Click Here to fill the form and please ensure you “Apply for Drive“.
Q. I am not able to find the apply for drive option. What should I do?
A. “Once you complete your application form, logout and login again.
Then click on apply for drive.
If you are not getting the Apply for drive option, please check the below:
a) If you have completed/submitted your application form.
b) If you have erroneously registered as BPS instead of IT(If you have wrongly registered under BPS domain, then register again under IT domain using your own alternate email id).
c) Check the qualification you have entered in the Application form.
d) Check the Year of Passing you have entered in the Application form.”
Q. What will be the TCS NQT Drive – MBA pattern?
A. The test is a 90 minutes assessment having a combination of questions across Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability & Business Aptitude.

A. You would receive the Login Credentials a couple of days before the date of the Test subject to your candidature being valid for the TCS NQT MBA Drive on completion of the below mentioned steps:

β’ You being shortlisted basis the TCS Eligibility criteria.
Q. When are the Interviews scheduled?
A. Interview schedule will be communicated to the shortlisted students (Based on the test performance) to your registered E-Mail Id.
Q. When is the date of the Online Test?
A. 19th December
Q. If I already have a CT or a DT number, do I need to register again?
A. If you already have a CT or a DT reference number, please login to https://nextstep.tcs.com and proceed to submit the application form and subsequently “Apply for Drive”.
Q. Can I make changes to my profile as I have made some mistakes in my profile?
A. Changes can be made to a few editable fields(Academic marks and duration) to your profile.
Q. I already have my CT/DT number. I need to update my marks/CGPA in my application form. How can I do so?
A. You can edit the details by clicking βEdit Application formβ in the Next Step portal
Q. I already have my CT/DT number. Can I make changes to my Name/Date of Birth/Title/Address/Email ID/Telephone Number?
A. No changes can be made to the above fields once your profile has been created.
Q. I have created 2 profiles. What should I do now?
A. Only 1 profile needs to be created per candidate. Duplicate profile should not be created. You will need to write to ilp.support@tcs.com for the deletion of your duplicate profile.
Q. I am getting an error while updating my X (10th) or XII (12th) Standard details in the application form. What should I do?
A. You need to enter minimum 9 months in your X (10th) std & 12th std course duration details.
Q. I am not able to participate in the given test Time. Can I change the timing of the test?
A. No, the test time and date cannot be changed.
Q. How will we get the results of the TCS NQT Drive – MBA?
A. The results of the TCS MBA Hiring will be sent to your registered email ID.
Q. Do I have to incur any cost to appear for the TCS NQT Drive – MBA?
A. Certainly not. TCS does not charge for any of its hiring process.
Q. I am not able to edit the Full Time/Part time course in my Application Form. What should I do?
A. If you are not able to edit the Full time/Part time course in the Application form, you will need to create your profile once again using your alternate email ID.
Q. My account is locked. How can I unlock it?
A. Request you to directly log on to https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/
Click the βUnlock Account & Reset Passwordβ link on the Login screen. You will receive an auto-generated email for resetting the password after 15 minutes.
Please do not click on the link repeatedly as every time you click on the link, the previous password expires and a new password is generated and sent to your registered email address.
