Scope of the project:-
- Need to understand the current onboarding process, discuss with all the sub BU Heads & department heads/global managers, gauge their expectation, consolidate them and come up with specific onboarding plan for different roles.
- The onboarding plan will include common trainings/interactions with stakeholders & role specific trainings /interactions.
- Develop a method to arrive at the effectiveness of the onboarding plan and give feedback to the stakeholders.
Expected Duration:- 3 months
Expected deliverables on completion of the project:- Onboarding templates sub BU & function wise to be ready
