• Graduation Not Required

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
• Timely and accurate reporting is a must Manage e-commerce customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, Live Chat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media.
• Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.

Time and Venue:-

• 19th February – 28 February , 11.30 AM – 7.30 PM
• IT Park Rd, Sitapura Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022

Transportation: Cab facility available during evening and night shifts.

Relocation Assistance: Relocation bonus of 10,000/- for eligible candidates (conditions apply).

Temporary Accommodation: 15 days of temporary accommodation provided after final selection.
