Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience: 0 Years To 0 Years
• Basic knowledge on Network concepts, Server and client concepts.
• Should have knowledge on Windows server, application server and data base.
• Good understanding on shell, Pearl Scripting.
• Have basic idea about Windows server architecture including DHCP. DNS & Active Directory
• Should have fair awareness on ITIL Framework concepts.
• Basic understanding of networks and operating systems.
• Exellent written and verbal communication along with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

The role requires understanding an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment and industry best practice. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on development in order to continuously increase their own skills as well as mentor other technical resources in the group.

• Help install and maintain IT systems.
• Assists with hardware and software related issues.
• Work with the team to monitor networks.
• Support routine backups and updates.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide tech support.
• Document IT processes and configurations.
• Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues with mobility infrastructure.
• Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift.
