Job Position:- Associate Application Development Engineer/ Associate Application Test Engineer
Work Location :- Bangalore
Salary Package:- INR 4,25,000 per annum.
Desired Candidates Location: Bangalore/Anywhere from India
Work shift: Rotational (General or UK timings)
Desired Candidate Profile: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT with aggregate 65% in academics throughout.
Target Audience: 2020 Batch
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development:
Associates should be
1. well versed with software development life cycle, OO concepts
2. hands on experience of coding in one or more programming languages like Java, C#;
3. able to communicate clearly in spoken/written English
4. flexible with work timings (Should be able to support our customers based outside India). Would require them to work in shifts
5. comfortable to work in a team environment

Testing:
Associates should be
1. Well versed with software testing life cycle
2. Able to communicate clearly in spoken/written English
3. Flexible with work timings (Should be able to support our customers based outside India). Would require them to work in shifts
4. Comfortable to work in a team environment
5. Proficient in at least one programming language like C# or Java
6. Knowledgeable on test automation
Selection Process:
– Written Test (Generic aptitude test)
– Technical Round
– Managerial Round
Tentative Interview Schedule: November 2020, Third week
Joining: November (Tentative)
Bond: 18 months service agreement (In case of noncompliance a sum of INR 1,00,000 is to be deposited by candidate)
