Outcomes:-
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned within prescribed SLAs following guidelines
- Be available to handle queries from employees through phone email and the ticketing system and ensure response and resolution within prescribed SLAs
- Assist in planning employee events
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Support other HR Functions:
- Prepare presentations and reports to different stakeholders working within various HR information systems
- Interface daily with HR and operational leaders to provide administrative support
- Support the recruitment team with administrative organizational and logistical tasks
- Proactively collaborate with Talent Management team to support development initiatives
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks like benefits reward programs learning reimbursement short- and long-term disability training on-boarding terminations compensation
