Detailed Eligibility:
Wipro is looking for tech graduates who hold a B.Tech/BE degree in CS, IT or ECE, or an MCA degree, and the posting says passed-out candidates only. The role needs good logical reasoning and analytical skills, along with a basic idea of SDLC, testing and SQL. Candidates should also be comfortable working five days a week from the Gurgaon office on day shift, and must sign a 12-month service agreement. Cab facility is available both ways, but your address must fall inside the hiring zone.

- Strong programming skills, logical reasoning and analytical ability
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and concepts
- Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Basic relational database concepts such as table relationships, keys, SQL and DB2 queries
- Ability to write intermediate SQL queries and troubleshoot system defects
- Good understanding of data analysis
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening)
- Exposure to automation testing is desirable
- Day shift, 5 days work from office at Gurgaon
- Service agreement of 12 months

Job Description:
- Configure and test Wiproβs proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System as per client requirements
- Set up tables and parameters in the TBA System using proprietary tools, as defined by analysis
- Role: Graduate Trainee Engineer (Backend), Manual Testing, Band AA
- Entry-level position for candidates with strong programming, systems configuration and testing skills related to HR support systems
- Mandatory Skills: Health and Welfare (HW) Tech
Responsibilities:
- Review client requirements documents and preliminary test plans, and meet due dates
- Ask clarifying questions on the stated requirements
- Identify needed test cases and complete test plans with test case needs
- Prepare test cases and test data, and execute test activities as directed by the SA
- Configure the system to meet analysis specifications and document the configuration
- Fix issues identified during test execution
- Stress test the system
- Escalate issues when appropriate
- Work with global teams and keep task information flowing through all channels
