Required Qualification & Skills:-

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
• Batch: 2018/19/20/21/22/23/24
• Experience: Freshers/ Experienced

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Installation/deployment of new new release of teh DAM tool, environments for payment bank applications. 
• Co-Create and maintain 100% uptime. E.g. creating alternate connectivity.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime of DAM systems and application services.
• Understand all the new systems/sub-systems and changes going in for the existing systems from Database activity monitoring perspective and integration point of view and Create monitoring KPIs for any change in the system.
• Monitor and raise the incidents and get those solved on priority, come-up with alternate solutions till the time incidents are solved.
• Should be able to analyze logs specifically to APIs, middleware and Database and trouble shoot problems for resolution.
• Major Challenges:
  • Ensure automation of new databases in the DAM tools as per agreed use case for monitoring purpose
  • Develop and maintain prod ,pre prod & performance test environments
