Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Knowledge of sustainability and ESG.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) would be consider as an advantage.
• Prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability roles is a plus.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

As an ESG Data Analyst at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to drive informed decision-making and enhance our corporate sustainability efforts.

• Data Collection: Gather and maintain ESG-related data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Data Focal Point: Assist with any data query and reporting of ESG data with customers, external partners and rating agencies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to ensure Amdocs’ compliance and disclosure requirements are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on ESG data, engage with vendors and partners for collection of relevant data.
• Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting ESG targets and KPIs, monitor progress toward these goals, and suggest improvements to meet sustainability objectives.
• Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging ESG trends and best practices for data management and suggest improvements.
