Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Graduate – B.Com/M.com or MBA /BBA in Finance.
- Having basic knowledge and understanding in the finance domain
- Excellent language skills
- Entry level knowledge of Excel and building presentations
- Comfortable working in any shifts (including night shifts)
The Graduate Trainees will be trained on Finance and HR Ops domain
About Training Program:
- 3 Months Training Program
- During the 2 months training period.
- On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be transitioned into Annalect – Business Shared Services (BSS) Department as a Junior Associate
- This is a paid training program
