Job Details:–

Operation of packing machines Filler operation Cleaning of machines during changeover and CIP Operational Knowledge of Cartoning machines
Knowledge of Printers (Ink jet, Wax, thermal) Cartidge filling in printers Changeover of packing lines machine
Knowledge of safety sensors like Curtain sensor, limit switches etc
Knowledge of Various PLC like Siemens, Allenbradley, ABB etc
Knowledge of Gear box motors
Knowledge of servo motors Automous maintenance Machine cleaning (Conveyor, fillers, cartoning machines and palletising machines if any leakages Feeding of packing material in machines if requires Preventive and predictive maintenance of machines
Basic Knowledge of SAP and computers
Removal of extra packing material from machines
Manual packing and palletising of extra material, finally send the same to Packing material godown
Prepare and maintaining opearation check list
Prepare and maintaining quality checklist Planning and coordination with planning, production and material team for PM, paint etc
Follow up with stake holders for trouble shooting of machines Cleaning and maintenance of filters of paints product Making of shift reports
Flexible to Work in shifts Ensure smooth transfer of shift changeover Ensure 5S of the working area.
Removal of packing materials (Strap and layer seperator) scrap.
Maintain specific power consumption target Ensure no spillages from packing machines Knowlegde of Robots Ensure uptime / OEE of machines
