Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent in Kannda, English, and Hindi) and good excel knowledge.
- Freshers or experience in the industry- customer service (Preferred from Fan or Home/Kitchen Appliance).
- Degree from a highly competitive academic institute in quantity field: Any graduation or technical degree.
- Advanced analytical skills are required to understand and manage the Daily activity of ASP, fulfill their requirement and attain their queries, including the ability to interpret fair lending results.
- Ready to accept challenges and have a positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Daily follow-up with ASPs for on-time completion of given tasks.
- Monitor ASP’s call closure and publish daily/weekly /monthly reports.
- Handling customer escalation and prioritizing those cases.
- Report to the respective Area manager.
- Handling ASP’s queries and fulfilling their requirements.
- Work closely with ASPs to bring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Monthly inventory audit and reconciliation of stock.
- Regular field visits and conduct training to build capabilities on the field.
