Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in Kannda, English, and Hindi) and good excel knowledge.
• Freshers or experience in the industry- customer service (Preferred from Fan or Home/Kitchen Appliance).
• Degree from a highly competitive academic institute in quantity field: Any graduation or technical degree.
• Advanced analytical skills are required to understand and manage the Daily activity of ASP, fulfill their requirement and attain their queries, including the ability to interpret fair lending results.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Daily follow-up with ASPs for on-time completion of given tasks.
• Monitor ASP’s call closure and publish daily/weekly /monthly reports.
• Handling customer escalation and prioritizing those cases.
• Report to the respective Area manager.
• Handling ASP’s queries and fulfilling their requirements.
• Work closely with ASPs to bring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Monthly inventory audit and reconciliation of stock.
• Regular field visits and conduct training to build capabilities on the field.
