• Further, this position will interface with customers via email.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Facilitate and manage timely & accurate validation of exemption certificates by verifying the form meets the governmental and customer audit minimum requirements
• Proactively and reactively communicate with customers via email
• Ability to meet the SLA’s and ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Communicate to manager ongoing status and correctly escalate issues as needed
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement and build efficiency
• Stay abreast of all the updates & trends, support overall production/Accuracy goals
