Job Position:- HR Associate

Qualifications and Requirements:–

Master’s in business administration(MBA) or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role.
Prior experience of working in a 24*7 set up, similar to a BPO/ KPO firm, will definitely be an added advantage.
Flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders; prioritize accordingly
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, particularly related to sensitive and confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Must Have:–

Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Willing to work in late afternoon or evening shift.
Other specification- No Cab/ pick & drop facility to be provided by the Company.

Job Description :-

On time and quality delivery of all HR programs such as Onboarding, Performance Management, Training and Development, Reward and Recognition, Exit Formalities etc.
Act as a point of contact for all HR related issues/queries of employees, stake holders and others at Noida location.
Create fun culture by planning employee engagement activities.
Conducting regular one on one meetings, skip levels, event management – Offsite, CSR activities, birthday & festival celebrations.

Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Help the employees in timely redressal of their grievances with the help of the HR manager.
Coordinate with other Support functions and ensure all policies & processes are aligned with supporting smooth functioning of operations.
Supporting Global HR Shared Service for Workday database management.
