Position Summary:–
- The internship role is a six-month contract role where the person will be responsible for executing firmβs entry level strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to selected universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on-campus acceptance process and executing summer internship programs.

Requirements:-
β’ Willingness to travel PAN India
β’ Proficient in Excel, Power point, with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting
β’ Effective communication with problem solving outlook
β’ Detail orientation, analytical bent of mind, organized, strong team player and customer orientation
β’ Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing recruiting initiatives and projects
β’ Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment with great amount of professionalism

Responsibilities & Duties (Not Limited To):–
β’ Work hand-in-hand with the campus lead and business to facilitate campus recruiting process
β’ Effectively liaise with professors, student groups, vendors to drive on campus/off campus presentations and on-campus interviews
β’ Coordinate logistics for campus events (i.e. on-campus interviews, creating candidate files etc.)
β’ Collect interview feedback from business and ensure that it is updated
β’ Ensure seamless on-boarding process of all intern and full time hires- offer letter generation, BGC process
β’ Elevate and Execute the firmβs summer internship program
β’ Track metrics to determine effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts (Analyze year on year college performance and recommend solution basis data driven approach)
β’ Support campus recruiting market research exercise as and when required
