Experience :- 1 to 3 years

Salary Package :- 3 to 4.5 Lpa

Qualifications :- Any Graduate without arrears with 18 Months – 36 Months experience in any voice/ Non Voice can apply for the post

Requirements:–

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and comfortable with online communication tools.
Candidates with good knowledge on social media will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities:–

Become an expert on Ads products.
Resolve issues clearly and thoughtfully via online chat and email.
Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues, reporting them to the appropriate teams and offering suggestions for interim solutions.
Manage workflow to meet and exceed defined service level agreements.
Troubleshooting – using internal and external tools to diagnose the issue
Replicating – using a test account in the same environment to reproduce issue
Developing and testing hypotheses – eliminating scenarios to get to route of issue
Data analysis – interpreting data & compare with previous campaigns, alternative advertisers
Determine root cause of issue e.g. review source code of website, pixel extensions
