Eligibility Criteria – Technical Writer
- 2022 batch of students pursuing a 3-year/4-year bachelor’s degree/Post graduation in English, Journalism, Mass Communication & Other Humanities-related subjects
- At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 50% aggregate (all subjects taken Into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears
- Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per university norms
- Maximum gap in education: 2 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to Indian nationals, OCIs, Dual Citizenship holders only
- Flexible to relocate to any location in India, work in any shift / domain
- Compensation – For 3-year UG courses: 2.52 LPA For 4-year UG/PG courses: 4 LPA
Job Description:-
- Analyzing the content provided by the client
- Identifying the gaps in the information provided
- Creating content for different deliverables, such as training materials, self-help guides, websites, promotional materials and others
- Asking relevant questions to understand the requirement better
- Delivering error-free quality products as per the project standards, schedule/assigned deadlines and SLAs
- Co-ordinating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders regularly to ensure smooth delivery

Job Description:-
- Should have good understanding of graphic and visual design domain and its application in the digital media businesses like Website design, GUI, Animation, Presentation, digital graphics, and eLearning
- Should have strong fundamental knowledge of Principles of Designs, Elements of Design, Color Theory and best practices in Graphic or Visual design
- Should have excellent observation and analytical skills from design PoV
- Ability to visualize the end output (GUI, Icons, metaphors, Character, Scenario) and convert it into digital form
- Ability to switch between media types and technologies based on the requirement
- Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually tothe client
