• Achieve Individual Productivity & Accuracy levels in line with SLA targets
• 100% adherence to process, regulatory or legal compliance requirements
• Completion of all mandatory assessment certifications as applicable, if needed conduct Quality Checks as per defined framework.
• Exceptional attention to detail Must Operate with urgency focus and discipline in a deadline driven environment Proactive Team Player.
•Highlight process related issues / concerns pro-actively to SME’s/ TL/TMs
• Contribute to and participate in knowledge sharing sessions
•Identify, initiate and implement process improvements to improve process efficiencies.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills, ability to work in team and as an individual
