Skills Required(What you should already know):-

Strong knowledge with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as Devise, ancestry, papertrail
Good understanding of Ruby and it’s nuances
Uncanny ability to write declarative code and an inherent urge to convert imperative code into declarative one
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as React, or at least HTML + jQuery
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
