Required Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Detailed Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in NOC, monitoring, or IT operations
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic and AWS CloudWatch (mandatory)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is an advantage
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a shift-based monitoring environment (24×7)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, applications, servers, and network infrastructure using monitoring tools
• Identify, investigate, and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary
• Track and update incidents in the ticketing system
• Perform routine system health checks and operational monitoring tasks
• Maintain incident logs and assist in basic root cause analysis
• Follow defined operational procedures and escalation processes
• Coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure system stability
