Responsibilities:-
- As a part of the FSG Tech PSC department you will be responsible for providing application production support with a strong engineering mindset and following the SRE principles to ensure reliability, resilience and scalability of the critical production environments.
- You will be expected to work closely with to Business users of the applications, development community as well as various infra teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of the application landscape.
- You will be expected to follow the current ITIL processes while we strategically rollout the adoption of SRE principles via effective use of Automation, Machine learning, AIOps, monitoring and observability.
