Job Description & Responsibilities :-

Manage and monitor all installed computer systems and infrastructure
Resolve IT incidents, service requests using IT ticketing tool, ticket handling workflows based on defined SLA’s
Install, configure, test, and maintain user machines (laptops, desktops and workstations) with required software tools as per the standard operating environment
Provide technical solutions to problems related to system hardware, software, mobile devices and network infrastructure
Support end-users remotely using remote support tools
User privilege access management
