Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication (Level C1 or higher)
• Minimum 1-2 year customer service experience
• Experience supporting customers via phone
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving — needs to have good investigative instincts
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets data analysis
• Must be available to work from 7 am – 4 pm ET
• Will be making phone calls to US utility companies to enroll new accounts online or fix broken credentials
