Required Qualifications & Skills:-

0-2 years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word
Ability to follow instructions and execute without error
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work virtually
Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of databases like D&B Hoovers, Refinitiv, etc will be beneficial

As a Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) professional, you will perform operational tasks that support Deloitte to efficiently serve our clients.

Client Deliverables:

Create client ready deliverables in accordance with the templates and requirements outlined in the SOPs and on time
Ensure that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
Generate simple reports and provide status updates
Data collection from online resources and develop deliverables in various formats
Format deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines and instructions
Create deliverables and complete assigned tasks as per agreed SLAs

Quality:

Creates deliverables that adhere to the SOPs and templates and are error-free
Performs self-review check of all deliverables before submitting to QC
Owns the deliverable to ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of CoAE
Seeks feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance

Teamwork:

Shares and exchanges knowledge with team members and peers
Helps fellow team members to ensure large deliverables are completed efficiently and with quality
