Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: min 6-month experience
• Candidate should possess a degree or diploma (no arrears while applying for this job)
• Candidates should have 6 months or more experience in a BPO organization
• Freshers shall also apply
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work in night shift

• Email Monitoring
• Fax Monitoring
• Insurance Eligibility Checking
• Data Entry
• Onshore – Offshore Process Coordination
• Care Coordination for Patients
• Workflow Management for Health Care Professionals
• Technical Quality Assurance Testing to meet SLA requisites for Internal and External Audits
• Escalation Management
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time
