- Freshers shall also apply
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work in night shift

- Fax Monitoring
- Insurance Eligibility Checking
- Data Entry
- Onshore – Offshore Process Coordination
- Care Coordination for Patients
- Workflow Management for Health Care Professionals
- Technical Quality Assurance Testing to meet SLA requisites for Internal and External Audits
- Escalation Management
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
