Eligibility Criteria:-

• Education: B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, M.Sc., MCA
• Course specialization: BE (IT/CS) /BCA/ MCA/BSc/MSc
• Academic % Criteria 10th,12th, Graduation : 60%
• Target batch Passouts: 2023

Skill Set Required:-

• In-depth analytical capabilities for understanding of project requirements .
• Effective communication & presentation skills
• Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, basic networking Knowledge, Linux concepts and SQL.
• Must be strong in English communication i.e. written and verbal.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Prime responsible for deployment of various product ranges at customer locations.
• Project requirement understanding and documentation of steps.
• Installation of Infraon products Infraon IMS ,Infraon Desk, Infraon NCCM, Infraon Secura.
• Answering the technical queries of customers during deployment related to the products.
• Product demonstration to end customer on completion of deployment.

• Taking responsibility of UAT signoff/ Feedback collection from customer towards end of deployment cycle.
• Assisting the development team in highlighting the issues / bugs faced during deployment cycle .
• Reporting project status on a regular basis to concerned Project Managers.
• Help marketing team in building customer case studies by documenting individual project deployments and maintaining required documentation
• Updating the deployment progress to concerned stakeholders on regular basis.
• Protects the organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.
• Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• The above job function might involve traveling to customer offices when necessary.
