Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education: B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, M.Sc., MCA
- Course specialization: BE (IT/CS) /BCA/ MCA/BSc/MSc
- Academic % Criteria 10th,12th, Graduation : 60%
- Target batch Passouts: 2023
Skill Set Required:-
- In-depth analytical capabilities for understanding of project requirements .
- Effective communication & presentation skills
- Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, basic networking Knowledge, Linux concepts and SQL.
- Must be strong in English communication i.e. written and verbal.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Prime responsible for deployment of various product ranges at customer locations.
- Project requirement understanding and documentation of steps.
- Installation of Infraon products Infraon IMS ,Infraon Desk, Infraon NCCM, Infraon Secura.
- Answering the technical queries of customers during deployment related to the products.
- Product demonstration to end customer on completion of deployment.

- Taking responsibility of UAT signoff/ Feedback collection from customer towards end of deployment cycle.
- Assisting the development team in highlighting the issues / bugs faced during deployment cycle .
- Reporting project status on a regular basis to concerned Project Managers.
- Help marketing team in building customer case studies by documenting individual project deployments and maintaining required documentation
- Updating the deployment progress to concerned stakeholders on regular basis.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.
- Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- The above job function might involve traveling to customer offices when necessary.
