• 0-2 years of hands on in handling SQL Queries.
• Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues in SQL environment.
• Should be able to analyze SQL logs and identify errors.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ware house/ Red Prairie functional knowledge would be added advantage.
• Should have Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Team Motivation, Identifying Team area of Improvement & Development plans, Distribution of Jobs, Support ticket Queue monitoring, Training and Mentoring.
• Understanding and Mapping, Configuring for the New Customer on Board, and designing the IT process to match the operation mapping (Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consignment Inventories) according to the Customer Business Requirement
