- An HR Trainee will be provided exposure in methods and practices to develop & execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals.
- GE Digital expect the trainee to Execute task related to HR prioritize, Strategize Projects Signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis. This person will contribute to project as a team member.
