Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Support commercial  & sales operations 
• Working with extended team from the business i.e Finance, Risk,  Sales, Technical & Execution teams for a better understanding of the business
• Support commercial team on deal management and tracking.
• Support internal deal processes ( review calls & proposal preparation) in a compliant and timely manner.
• Leverage existing tools and resources in preparation of commercial proposals
• Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills
• Coordinate with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, EHS, Quality, Risk, Sourcing, Tax, Field Service for timely delivery of proposal until contract closure.
• Present the deal risk profile and obtain the necessary approval.
• Review, amend and negotiate terms and conditions. Accountable for identifying, documenting, and mitigating contractual risk. Support deal closing and conduct the handover process to execution.
• Document and upload all deal related documents on business tools.
• Comply with GE policies, work instructions and guidelines on ITO processes.
