Genpact is seeking dynamic individuals to join our organization as Content Moderation Associates in our Genpact Madurai office.
- Review and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines and policies.
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies or poses risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and standards.
