Qualifications:-

Minimum qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other meaningful work experience
• Demonstrable experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization
• Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies
• Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
• Outstanding drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate optimally, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately supply in a team environment
• An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn proactive

Preferred qualifications:-

• Post graduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus
• Experience leading supply chain teams, training or projects; full project management experience preferred
• Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus
• Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus

Job Description :-

• Gepact is looking for a Solution Consultant who will need to provide expert mentorship to our clients on how to best implement and utilize rapid response to achieve sustained value.
• This person will work with clients, solution architects and consultants to devise solutions.
• Configure Rapid Response according to the functionality of the customer’s source systems. Integrate and customize Rapid Response to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements
