Job Description :-
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering services and data strategy articulation role for BFS business. You will function as a SPOC for business & IT teams to ensure accurate requirements are elicited, handle their traceability end to end during the project lifecycle & enable the project to meet its objective.
Responsibilities:-
- Issue offer letters and other miscellaneous letters.
- Maintain and update the business transactions repository and process SOPs.
- Release business reports and dashboards with comparative analysis.
- Handle queries from HRBPs and employees.
- Attend and lead business calls.
- Handle and provide mentorship to the payroll team to optimize output
- Update and maintain process community on SharePoint.
- Participate and deliver team initiatives.
- Work seamlessly with other functions to ensure mobility challenges are addressed.
- Maintain strategic & tactical relationship with clients and internal partners to build confidence and trust in the implementation of Success factors while adapting changes to ensure that their needs are met
