Here are the kind of people we’re looking for:
You are a fast learner
As new problems come our way you don’t hesitate to take the challenge head-on even if it isn’t
something you’ve worked on before. You are born to scale steep learning curves. Your ever-expanding
tool belt is evidence of this.
You are not afraid of failing
Failure is just a stumbling block on your way to success. You get knocked down, but you get up again!
You are versatile
There will always be tasks that aren’t core to your role. These tasks help the team get organized and
function at peak efficiency. You don’t shy away from taking up these tasks. You can be seen jumping right in to help those around you based on the need of the hour.
You love feedback. Both giving it and taking it
Feedback is how we all keep pushing each other forward and upwards. You are not afraid to give honest
feedback and actively listen to the feedback given to you.
You take pride in your work as well as the team’s work
Even when moving fast you make your list and check it twice. You have a high bar for the quality of your
work. You are not afraid of pushing back on deadlines because your work isn’t up to the mark. You set
the same bar for work coming out of the team as a whole.
You have a superpower: Collaboration
Problems come in many shapes and sizes. One solution or skill does not solve for all. You use your power of collaboration to bring the problem to the right set of people who can help you solve it.
You are passionate about the work you do. Not all the solutions will work on the first attempt. Data may not present itself to you in the cleanest form. An optimal solution may not be implementable on the ground. Through all these stumbling blocks you are able to push through solely on your passion to make things happen.
You have a bias for action
It will never be the perfect time to do something, but it’s always the right time. When you spot an issue,
you account for risks and start acting to fix it.
