Required Qualification & Skills:-
- Qualification: HSC or Any graduate (Graduation is not mandatory).
- Experience – relevant experience in Telecom / Call Center Service / prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in an international call center is a must.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
- Should be able to communicate clearly in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days a week
