To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Flexibility – Project is a brand new Finance Flagship project and demands lot of flexibility.
- Accountability – Project is a brand new Finance Flagship project. You will be accountable to ensure smooth production process.
- Google Cloud Experience is a must. Project is based on Google Cloud and use Big Query primarily.
- Linux Shell scripting experience is a must. Project uses shell scripts to trigger batches and data encryption.
- Control M basic troubleshooting experience is an added advantage. Project run shell scripts via Control M.
- Prior Experience in Production Support is a must i.e. Incident Management, Change Request.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:- In this role, you will:
- Working as Production Support Team (approx. 7-member team) member. Supporting RWA application day to day operations and reporting into Production Support Manager.
- Leading Technical/Functional production issues investigations.
- Closely partnering with Finance Operations team to ensure customer delight.
- Taking part in Incident Management Calls with Finance Operations, Other IT Support teams.
- Working on GSD (Incident, Change Request), JIRA Service Desk to manage Production Operations.
