Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Working experience in Java and Linux
- Software problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Experience of Agile and DevOps development techniques
- Good communication skills, both verbally and digitally Understanding of OS fundamentals
- An eagerness to learn and exploit new technologies and computer languages
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience of working with z/OS, Test Automation (Ansible)
- Experience of working with open source projects
- Presentation skills and the ability to share knowledge
- Experience using source control management systems

You will be responsible for ensuring that software components are expertly designed, tested, debugged, verified, and ready for integration into IBM’s world-class products, helping organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace.
- A strong desire to work as software engineers through all phases of the development lifecycle
- An understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies such as the Agile lifecycle, along with a high degree of adaptability, drive, and willingness to accept new challenges
