Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Graduation is mandatory for Freshers and for any experience of 1 year (non-aviation in service industry or aviation industry) +12/ Diploma is mandatory
- Candidates should not have any visible tattoos
- Candidates must be flexible of working in rotational shifts including Night shifts
- Freshers Aspirants of Ground staff only (Customer Service /Ramp), Non – Aviation experienece Aspirants of Ground staff only (Customer Service /Ramp), Aviation experience Aspirants of Ground staff only (Customer Service /Ramp)
- Right grooming is mandatory for the interview (Business Formal wear for male and female applicants)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To carry out safe and secure on time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.
- Assist customers through all procedures related to arrivals & departures in the following activities.
- Reservations & ticketing
- Departures
- Arrivals
- Post-flight departure
