Required Qualification & Skills:-
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling and resilience performance assessments
- Ability to executes basic solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues
- Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages: Python (mandatory), Java, C, C++, Go
- Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, database (preferred), unix/linux environments (mandatory), distributed and parallel systems, information retrieval, networking, large scale software development, security software development
- Understanding or have experience with Agile and Lean philosophies

- Takes detailed directions from team leaders to analyze data and systems and conduct problem solving
- Supports discussions with team and peers on technical matters relating to platforms, servers, and networks
- Uses JPMorgan Chase practices, procedures, and operating standards to guide decisions with regular oversight
- Considers baseline upstream/downstream system and technical implications
- Tackles routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production
