Your Roles & Responsibilities are:-

Konecranes is looking for SAP FI/CO/PS Trainee with relevant experience of 0-1 year or is SAP Certified, preferably with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from Finance / Controlling background. The SAP FI/CO/PS Trainee is part of the SAP AMS team that ensures business applications run successfully and are error free.

• Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines
• Must gain the knowledge about SAP FI/CO/PS, VIM, Travel modules
• Must provide necessary support to colleagues during critical support situations
• Must review all internal process documents
• Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
• Must follow way of working that complies with audit requirements
• Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.
• Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
• Good to contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency of team
• Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.
